Age Requirements

All participants must be 18 years of age or above. Official government-issued photo identification is mandatory upon arrival. No exemptions.

1. Minimum Age Requirement

All visitors participating in somestoryin adventures must be at least 18 years of age. This requirement applies to all packages, activities, and facility access. We rigorously enforce this policy in accordance with Queensland entertainment regulations.

2. ID Verification

Upon arrival at our venue, all guests must present valid government-issued photo identification. Acceptable forms of ID include:

• Australian Driver's License
• Australian Passport
• International Passport
• Australian Proof of Age Card
• Other government-issued photo ID (must show date of birth)

Note: Student IDs, photocopies, or digital photos of IDs are not acceptable. The ID must be the original physical document.

3. Refusal of Entry

We reserve the right to refuse entry to anyone who:

• Cannot provide valid government-issued photo ID
• Is under 18 years of age
• Presents an expired ID
• Provides ID that appears to be altered or fraudulent

In such cases, no refund will be provided for bookings made by individuals who do not meet the age requirement.

4. Group Bookings

For group bookings, all members of the group must meet the 18+ age requirement. The person making the booking is responsible for ensuring all group members are of legal age. If any member of a group is under 18, the entire group may be refused entry, and no refund will be provided.

5. Accompanying Minors

Children and minors under 18 years of age are not permitted in the venue at any time, even if accompanied by an adult. This includes infants and toddlers. We do not provide childcare services, and there are no designated areas for minors to wait.

6. International Visitors

International visitors are welcome, but must still meet the 18+ age requirement and present valid identification. An international passport is the most commonly accepted form of ID for international guests. Please ensure your passport is valid and not expired.

7. Age Verification Process

When you arrive at our venue:

1. Present your valid government-issued photo ID at reception
2. Our staff will verify your age and identity
3. Your ID will be checked against your booking information
4. Once verified, you'll receive a wristband or entry pass
5. You must keep your ID accessible throughout your visit

8. Why This Policy Exists

The 18+ age restriction is in place for several important reasons:

• Legal compliance with Queensland entertainment regulations
• Ensuring a mature, responsible environment for all guests
• Protecting minors from age-inappropriate content and activities
