1. Acceptance of Terms

By reserving an adventure with somestoryin, you accept to be governed by these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with these terms, please do not continue with your reservation.

2. Reservation and Payment

• All reservations depend on availability
• Payment is taken upon physical arrival at our facility
• Payment is not needed at reservation time
• Rates are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and may change
• We accept cash, credit cards, and debit cards

3. Age Requirements

All participants must be 18 years of age or older. Valid government-issued photo identification is required upon arrival. We reserve the right to refuse entry to anyone who cannot provide valid ID or does not meet the age requirement.

4. Physical Attendance Required

All somestoryin experiences require physical attendance at our venue located in Surfers Paradise, Gold Coast. This is a 100% offline, in-person entertainment experience. Virtual or online participation is not available.

5. Cancellation and Refunds

Please refer to our Cancellation Policy for detailed information about cancellations and refunds.

• Free cancellation available up to 24 hours before your scheduled experience
• Cancellations within 24 hours may be subject to fees
• No-shows will not be eligible for refunds

6. Conduct and Behavior

We expect all guests to behave respectfully and responsibly. We reserve the right to remove any guest who:

• Engages in disruptive or inappropriate behavior
• Violates venue rules or safety protocols
• Appears to be under the influence of drugs or excessive alcohol
• Harasses staff or other guests

7. Liability and Safety

While we take all reasonable precautions to ensure guest safety, participants engage in our experiences at their own risk. somestoryin is not liable for any injuries, losses, or damages that may occur during your visit, except where such liability cannot be excluded by law.

8. Entertainment Nature

somestoryin provides themed entertainment experiences using fun tokens, not real money gambling. This is a social entertainment activity, not a real casino. No real money is wagered or won.

9. Changes to Experiences

We reserve the right to modify, cancel, or reschedule experiences due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to weather, safety concerns, or venue availability. In such cases, we will provide reasonable notice and offer alternatives or full refunds.

10. Privacy

Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By booking with us, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in that policy.

11. Intellectual Property

All content, including but not limited to logos, images, text, and design elements, is the property of somestoryin and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. Unauthorized use is prohibited.
